Prom Policies for Under Age Passengers

We at A Brianna Limousine know how concerned you are of your children's safety on Prom night. We have a few policies to ensure their safety while they are with us. Prom guidelines will be followed to the fullest extent. Please read over them carefully, along with our rental agreement of which both must be signed by parent/guardian responsible for guest.

We do not allow smoking in our vehicles.
The privacy window remains open at all times to allow supervision by the chauffeur.
Chauffeur has the right to inspect all bags, backpacks for alcohol, illegal drugs and tobacco products.
Chauffeur will provide his/her cell phone number to the parent.
A contact parent’s name and number MUST be provided to the chauffeur. Contact parents need to be available for the length of the charter.
If charter is terminated the contact parent will have to provide transportation for the student

This contract is an addition to the rental agreement which also includes damage to vehicle and the cancellation policy.

If at any time any member of the party becomes out of control, possesses drugs/alcohol, and/or is under the influence, you will be contacted immediately and the charter will then be terminated. If necessary, police will also be notified. If this trip should be terminated, no refunds will be given.
